8.Q: What's your delivery time?
Sample needs about 3-5 working days after you make the order, mass production time needs 10-30 days,according to exact order quantity and stock situation.

A:Yes. All products a year warranty after shipment date, life-long maintenance(Providing not damaged by the user)
Man-made damaged include:screen damaged,cable broke by less than 90 degree bending,the camera scratched,aluminum case broken.
10.Q: How to deal with the faulty?
A: First, we will send new one part if it happens when you just receive it,we will be responsible for all the circuit and technique problems.
Second, the repair is very easy, most of the customers can repair by themselves. We judge the problem according to your info(video, picture or description), and send you the repair video or info.
Third, you can also resend the problem part back to us for free repair, we will send it back to you after we fix it.
If it 's man-made damaged,we do not pay the shipping fee and the accessories cost.
11.Q: We payment term we can accept?

12.Q3. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

Returns Policy

2.We will refund you if you return the items within 15 days of your receipt of the items for any reason. However, the buyer should make sure that the items returned are in their original conditions.
